The regular Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of the Supervisors to our school is part of the continuous management function of our Division.
Its objective is to assess progress and achieve results, to spot bottlenecks in the implementation of the various programs and to highlight whether there are any unintended effects (positive or negative) from the various DepEd programs or projects especially in this pandemic.
The Bugo NHS has been monitored thrice for this January month-Jan. 12, 14, and 19, 2021 respectively. The team spreads to the different classrooms from all grade levels to evaluate teachers, classroom structures and check school data.
Importance of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
The integrity of the monitoring and evaluation system must be upheld.
Important decisions are made based on the information and insights provided
by the system.
The sound judgments are rendered based on the reports and
documents prepared by the teachers or principal. When the integrity of the
system is compromised, monitoring and evaluation will do more than good.
The story of The Naked King illustrates a key point in monitoring and evaluation. Therefore, honesty is the key.
APPRECIATION
The school principal appreciates the effort of all the teachers who wholeheartedly support the intensive monitoring of the Division personnel.
