Every school has a responsibility to monitor the effectiveness of the services being provided for its learners. As a result of the DepED-Division of Cagayan de Oro City takes a statutory duty to assure the quality of services provided and to look continuously for ways of effecting improvement. Thus, Division School Supervisors continue to monitor the school’s performance amidst the pandemic.
The school principal, Rawel Lamberte with the Division personnel.The Public School District Supervisors (PSDS) evaluated the performance on the grassroots level of each school by meticulously checking the forms, classroom structures, significant documents on the learning modalities, and assessment of the learners.
For this month of April 2021, Dr. Paraida Orangot, PSDS in East II, and the rest of the Division personnel have
been weekly monitoring the school. The weekly monitoring in the school was
scheduled per year level.
Every week, teachers’ were anticipating their arrival. Thus, their preparedness on their documents was obviously visible.
The inspection was a successful event. The principal congratulates everyone for their dynamic response.
The monitoring and evaluation inform the school's best practices and leadership plays an important role in accountability in school improvement.
